A brief history
Adaptive Business Solutions Limited was founded in 2009 by Matt Bowen. Matt had worked for many years as a software engineer across a broad spectrum of industries. He carried on working as a contractor working on high profile government contracts in the UK and Europe. He also worked on projects in retail and finance.
In recent years Matt build up a team around him in order to take on additional units of work. He also has access to a pool of contractors to help in periods of high demand. Maintaining good relations with the customers Matt worked with as a contractor, Adaptive Business Solutions has been able to deliver on units of work which would usually be associated with much larger enterprises.
Adaptive is engaging with local colleges and universities to provide apprenticeships. This will not only benefit our company's expansion plans but enables us to put back into the community and realise our intention to give the next generation specialist opportunities in IT.
